We are committed to providing authentic and high-quality spiritual products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Due to the spiritual and personal nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns once an item has been delivered.

However, returns may be accepted only in the following situations:

• You received the wrong product.
• The product arrived damaged during transit.
• An item is missing from your order.

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Please include:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping package
• Brief description of the issue

Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after our team verifies the reported issue.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Spiritual Setu.

Exchanges

We replace products only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Energized or blessed spiritual products
• Customized products
• Gift cards
• Products showing signs of use
• Products returned without original packaging

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
